  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Handle P1/P2 incidents and resolve2-Liaising and collaborating with different technical and non-technical domains across the GNOC 3-Lead the team during Change Executions or incidents handling technical escalations4-Map Business requirements and translate these requirements into functional technical specifications5-Contribute to Network Service Improvement by recommending Design, architect, and implementation/
  • Technical Experience : 1-Cisco Routing and Switching Troubleshooting 2-Deep knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols in terms of troubleshooting 3-Software Defined WAN, preferably VeloCloud SDWANSD DC Cisco ACI preferred 4-Good knowledge of Riverbed WAN Optimization Cisco Wireless Troubleshooting 5-Should be able to read and understand packet captures 6-Cisco ASA F/W and IPS HP Tipping Point preferred7-CCIE, RnS/Service Provider/Data Center Written and LAB preferred
  • Professional Attributes : - Excellent communication skills Previous experience working with cross-geography teams -Ready to work in shifts-Ability to communicate complex technical aspects to upper management and client
  • Educational Qualification : BE preferred
  • Additional Information : Preferably BE
