Key Responsibilities : - The Business Analyst will support the Programme Director in the delivery of the change activities associated with the delivery of the Regulatory Disclosures Programme - The programmes main objective is to ensure that client meets its Regulatory Disclosure regulatory obligations - Work with Business Partners to clarify problems/opportunities, scope and expected outcomes
Technical Experience : - Collation of relevant data and updates, in line with timelines; providing quality assurance with analysis and challenge - Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and Change Methodology eg Agile- Experience in end to end business analysis, requirements and resolution of issues remediation- Working in an agile/DevOps format with Confluence and JIRA- Ability to work as part of a Global Team, working across different time zones and with different teams - Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines- Ability to work with Technology teams in Front Middle Office where necessary and business users Ops, FO, Data, Compliance, Regional heads
