Key Responsibilities : - The role holder works in partnership with the Central MSS Transformation Team, Finance and the portfolio programme Leads to ensure the effective management of financials resources - Role holder will support effective governance structures and disciplines are in place for the effective management of the business deliverables - They will support the management and analysis of Programme Budget and Forecast deliverables
Technical Experience : - Support development of strong and realistic business plans and resourcing profiles using business knowledge and ability to question and challenge etc - Build and maintain effective partnerships between the business, Finance and IT -Develop and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships across the portfolio and within the wider MSS Transformation space -Support the effective coordination and communication with the Programme Managers in the Portfolio and other relevant streams-Contribute to cross-stream reporting and communication as an active member of the Markets Regulatory Control Change Team-Application of a rigorous analytical approach to support ensure the highest standards
Professional Attributes : - Support provision of timely and accurate financial reporting to key stakeholders and programme sponsors- Deliver procurement support for programmes, including management of resourcing and fusion control- Ensure the programme is compliant with client business standards
