Job Role: Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing.

Requirements : 

• MBA sales & marketing full-time candidates preferred  (2023)
• Should be self-motivated and a self-starter
• Freshers with good academic backgrounds and with sound communication skills and a willingness to take up a career in sales can be considered
• Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Should have a willing-to-learn and never-say-die attitude and have a collaborative approach
• Should be able to adapt to a rapid sales cycle
• Candidates who are willing to travel to any client location all over India are preferred
• After completion of the probation period, the employee should be willing to sign a 2 years’ service agreement for confirmation of employment.

Key responsibilities:

• Qualify and prospect leads from assigned industry vertical
• Be responsible for individual targets
• Be responsible to convert identified prospects to customers
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets.
