Software Developer – Senior Analyst – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

And if requires a high degree of cooperation among business units that generally are not accustomed to working together – with people who do not necessarily want to change.

Covering seven distinct areas; Human Resources, Clients & Industries, Finance & Legal, Practice Support Services, Quality & Risk Services, IT Services, and Workplace Services & Real Estate, together we live, breathe, and deliver the Deloitte experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create prototypes, if necessary, to validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders
  • Transform high-level design into the low-level design, and implementation.
  • Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to properly define/clarify business requirements, development estimation, and work plan finalization
  • Analyze business user requests, estimate tasks throughout the project life cycle, design and document appropriate solutions, and design the business components and database objects required to implement the solution
  • Work with the Development Team to design the systems necessary to fulfil document requirements.
  • Coordinate with peers on design implications and work with them to resolve issues.
  • Perform unit and integration testing on all developed code.
  • Meet the SLA for fixing the issue.
  • Should be able to write functional specs and test any new process areas as needed.
  • Create and execute unit and integration tests within the development lifecycle.
  • Proactively benchmark application code to mitigate performance and scalability issues.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change control
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Ability to support multiple programming languages and learn new technologies as they become available
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
  • 3-6 years experience in a similar role and Enterprise organization.

Work timings – 11 PM – 8 PM

Location – Hyderabad

Additional Skills

  • Dot Net Developer – ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, .NET Core, React/Angular, C#, SQL Server
  • BSA – Understanding of SDLC methodologies , Documentation & Presentation Skills, SaFe, agile methodologies, agile and scrum project delivery , test planning to test execution to test reporting.
  • QA – A utomation tools such as Tosca/Selenium, UI testing, Webservices Testing , running defect management process.
