Designation : Customer Support

 Role:

·         To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first-class customer service.

·         Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

·         Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·         Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities

·         To ensure that each customer receives a high-quality experience of professional service thus achieving your call quality targets.

·         To be a successful Product Advisor

·         Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor is the one who follows scripts and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and deliver a great customer experience.

Languages Preferred: Hindi & English.

Experience: 0 – 1 year.

Qualification: Preferably Graduates

Shift timing: Rotational shift with 6 Days working & 1 rotational week off.

Location: (Guindy) Chennai.

Salary Up-to 14,000 inhand fixed with a CTC of 17k.
