About this role

• Assist with designing and deploying centralized and consistent ePMO PPM process capabilities
• Assist with ensuring adoption of the Clarizen platform, processes, best practice frameworks
• Assist with developing templates, training and other materials to enable Clarizen per strategic roadmap
• Assist business process leads with completing process documentation, ensuring alignment to the enterprise taxonomy and providing training on the responsibilities of a process owner.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues with mitigation plans to program and portfolio leadership.
• Proactively identify potential improvement opportunities and optimize processes in consideration.

• Functional depth regarding PPM frameworks, industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Industry expertise across project/program management, resource management and project financial requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, project management experience, and delegation skills, while working with a diverse set of stakeholders and varied projects.
• Experience working with corporate leaders and stakeholders working at different degree of delivery maturity and driving Program and Portfolio Management alignment and integration across corporate silos.
• Experience in developing and delivering PPM processes, ePMO governance, and PM/RM (end users) support, as well as awareness and training material to manage demand and program>projects full lifecycle.

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collage
• 5 years of experience supporting or managing working in the fields of global PPM, ePMO, Program Management enablement technology, processes, delivery, project coordination
• Passion for helping users and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Quick learner and self-starter, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Comfortable with wearing multiple hats and breaking down silos
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and to interact effectively at all levels of the organizations and to influence senior management and executives.
• Passion in evolving program management processes consistently across functional silos. Ability to be confident, respectful, and articulate when registering dissenting or unpopular opinions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility and high-impact projects while maintaining superior results.
  
  

• SCRUM or Product Owner SAFe Certification (a plus) - Agile and Lean concepts
• PPM tools: Clarizen/Planview (a plus), ServiceNow, Jira or others
• PMP Certification
• SIx Sigma or other process methodology training
  
  

• Requirement to travel on occasion.
• Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
