  • Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
  • Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

  • Key Responsibilities : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements2: Follow defined processes in the project and assist the team with continuous mentoring and guidance3: Should be punctual, flexible and self-motivated
  • Technical Experience : Excellent knowledge and experience of Mainframe Cobol, DB2, JCL,VSAM,CICS2: Excellent knowledge and experience of SQL 3: Good knowledge and experience with basic Unix command 4: Good knowledge and experience of any version control tool 5: Good to have MS-access/VB macros knowledge 6: Good to have knowledge about the banking/insurance domain3 Good to have Financial Insurance Domain knowledge4 Good to have Japanese language skills , Level N3 above
