  • Key Responsibilities : 1Operating system patching, Java version upgrades and remediation of Operating system related vulnerabilities Perform administration Level2, triaging and resolution support of tickets for Ping One, Ping Directory, Azure Federation, Ping Davinci Support service requests using a standardized approach and existing SOPs for integrations with the PingID MFA and Ping Federate Platforms 3Provide support for multiple login methods used by various users
  • Technical Experience : 1-5 Years of experience in PING IAM2-PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, PingDirectory, PingSync, FreeRadius, Apache reverse proxy, Ping Davinci
  • Professional Attributes : 1Willing to learn new technologies 2-Cross skilling, Upskilling 3-Good Communication and presentation skill4-Quick learner, team player
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
