About this role

Responsibilities:

1. Learning and Development: Participate in a structured training program to gain a deep understanding of our cloud IT solutions, sales processes, and industry trends.
2. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers through research and targeted outreach to contribute to the generation of new business opportunities.
3. Customer Engagement: Learn to build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and understanding of their IT needs.
4. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with presentations, demonstrations, and other activities to showcase the features and benefits of our cloud IT solutions.
5. Sales Process Management: Learn to manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely information is maintained for effective collaboration with the sales team.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with experienced sales professionals, marketing, and other departments to gain insights and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, learn from experiences, and participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree: Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
3. Enthusiastic and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to achieving individual and team goals.
4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to take on new challenges.
5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu
