Summary: As a DevOps Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to ensure seamless application deployment and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring seamless deployment. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. - Develop and implement DevOps strategies, including continuous integration and delivery, to streamline application deployment. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and maintainability, utilizing tools like Git and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration. - Ensure the security and scalability of applications, utilizing cloud-based technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Good To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Git and Jenkins. - Experience with infrastructure management using cloud-based technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
