Position: Exp CX Training Professional

The position will report directly to the Manager/Supervisor, eLearning COE. Job location will be in Gurgaon. Person should be self-starter and have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines (must be able to adjust schedule and workload to meet business needs). Professional mannerisms with the ability to listen and probe determine root causes and resolve issues quickly when necessary.

The Sr Motion/Graphic Designer will design and execute videos for eLearing courses in synch with requirements put forth by Honeywell Businesses.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To These

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for end-to-end training development
  • Understand business requirements to create learning modules/videos as well as for internal and external communications campaigns
  • Transfer visual and artistic concepts to design trainings
  • Execute an existing design system with creative direction
  • Plan, schedule and track work to meet production requirements
  • Present ideas with rationale to senior leadership
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and delivery platforms related to video production
  • Prepare, produce, and present a final detailed design proposal to the client
  • Development of video animation and E-learning modules
  • Evaluate a brand's visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (print, online marketing, Web site, etc) under guidance and oversight
  • Compare the brand's expression across different channels and identify consistencies & inconsistencies etc.

Skills Required

  • Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and strong analytical abilities.
  • Should be able to conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • High technical credibility in graphical applications
  • Excellent presentation and layout skills
  • High accountability and ownership
  • Ability to function in a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated & organized, results-driven, adaptive to change & customer focused with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
  • Stays calm under pressure; keeps emotions in check when dealing with setbacks.
  • Responsible for designing and creating visual elements such as logos, typography, and graphics that are used in motion graphics.
  • Should have strong visualization skills (visualize and create animation according to content).
  • Should be able to oversee day-to-day operation and monitor team performance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; able to follow direction.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or equivalent field experience.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/diploma preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Motion Graphics, or equivalent field experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a variety of software tools like Adobe Aftereffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Rise.
  • Knowledge of pre and post-production video development
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills
