- BA with engineering backgrounds would be preferred but not mandatory
- Must have worked in WAM industry for at least 3 years, ideally worked in captives in India
- Good understanding of Wealth and Asset management domain
- Work experience in asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivative products
- Experience working on at least one asset management platform like Aladdin, CRD etc or Wealth platforms such as Temenos Wealth, FNZ etc
- Strong SQL skills and worked on either SQL Server or Oracle database
- Strong Agile skills is mandatory whereas CSPO or CSM certification will be good to have
- Candidates who have operations background and are not working as BA
- Testing profiles who claim to be BA’s
- Candidates who are doing Business Support roles and have no hands on BA experience
