Responsibilities
- Experience with project management and coordinating with project leaders / teams, technology, and sponsors
- Experienced in managing business driven, technology focused application development and maintenance projects
- Demonstrated client-focus and ability to translate functional requirements to technical specifications
- Be able to work cross functionally to make sure project goals are executed. Coordination across multi-functional teams
- Domain knowledge of asset finance and loan operations
- Ability to communicate and maintain client relationship and present in concise manner
- First-hand experience in all phases of application development and implementation (from concept to operational deployment and retirement)
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint …etc. )
- Should have knowledge of Agile Framework and creation of Epics, Stories etc.
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- D ocument project activities and updates
- Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders – Internal as well as external, on the progress of the project
- Domain knowledge of commercial lending & leasing
Qualifications we seek in you
- Bachelor's/ master's degree
- Experience in managing mid- and large IT projects
- Change management
- Good leadership capabilities
- Good written and verbal communications skills, especially client level communications
- Relationship building / Influencing skills
- Good communication skills: ability to meet with people at all levels
- Outgoing
- Proactive; self-starter
- Independent
- Willing to bring up or involve management to resolve obstacles
