Inviting applications for the role of Vice president, Finance & Accounting – Record to Reporting (RTR) Operations

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire record to report process management and improvement in a fairly fast paced business environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure period end close activities are performed according to agreed close schedules and that accounting policies are in compliance with GAAP and stated company norms
Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.
Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation
Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team
Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.
Understand the SOX Regulations and ensure adherence by the teams at all times
Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Accounting qualification (CA/ CPA)
High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
