UX Designer

About this role

• Understand the business/ market need and create a prototype of a product/ application
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
• Deploy different research methods like surveys, market analysis, qualitative research, webex sessions, interviews etc to get inputs on the overall product/ application design flow
• Create strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Apply design thinking approach to create a wireframe as per expected application design
• Work closely with business analysts and project manager to understand customer’s expectations and requirements
• Create an interaction design of the product/ application and review it with the customers
• Identify the current limitations clients and users are facing and refine the prototype accordingly
• Continuously take feedback from the customer to finalize the design to create the user interface
• Create and conduct mock-ups for the development of the product
• Support user interface design in developing the static design of the prototype shared to ensure the client needs are met
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs
