Summary: As an IFS Solutions User Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of IFS Solutions to create an optimized user experience. - Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software engineering solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful delivery of software engineering solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in IFS Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing software engineering teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
