Job Description:- Min 10 Yrs. Of experience on different applications of ServiceNow -ITSM , Incident, problem, change, Service Catalog, knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, Scoped applications, ATF.
- Expertise on Server and Client-side scripts like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, List Controls, Scheduled jobs, and Transform Maps.
- Experience in the integrations with various third-party systems with ServiceNow.
- Assist ServiceNow Administrators with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances.
- Providing strategic recommendations around technical best practices trends to the client.
- Analysing and estimating the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering phase with client and provide inputs to developers on the requirements.
- Lead and govern end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformation projects.
- Ensure used designs, flows and processes are properly documented and KBs created.
- Build and provide Expert guidance for best development related to ServiceNow scripting and administration to the team members.
- Work with ServiceNow vendors on open issues and ongoing support.
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology for projects implementation.
- Excellent communication skills.
