Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience as a technical writer.
Experience with technical documentation, developer facing, Cloud APIs, networking protocols, or network architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience as a technical writer.
Experience with computer networking technologies, such as DNS, routers, the BGP routing protocol, firewalls and firewall rules including iptables, Virtual Private Networks and cloud-based services, and load balancers and proxies.
Experience with public Cloud technologies such as Cloud Networking technologies, Compute technologies, ML/AI technologies, or data systems (e.g., Data Warehousing, Analytics, SQL).

Regardless of the content medium, technical writers are distinguished by their abilities to explain complex topics in a way that’s useful to their audience.
