This role demands for technical and commercial skills/experience. Technical Project Manager leads and drives engineering deliverables during bid and project execution cycle and controls engineering budget.

Linkage between the Business Unit Commuter Rail and Engineering India.
Lead and drive engineering deliverables ensures project quality, time cost within target.
Technical project manager shall have strong product/technical knowledge on the components of commuter rail.
Coordinate all engineering activities around our rolling projects such as planning, coordination, and distribution of work packages to the functional teams.
Ensuring quality for all results generated
Build internal workflows and set all system, tools and processes needed.
Reporting of technical progress in our rolling stock project to Line- and Project Management
Involvement in recruitment new team members
Responsible for keeping all system documentation updated all the time.

Use your skills to move the world forward

You should be minimum experience of 15-18 years along with graduate or postgraduate in engineering.
Expertise in rolling stock engineering (preference Commuter Rail)
Proven track record of driving cross-functional project and tasks in a complex and changing environment.
Good experience within the rolling stock business for India markets
Strong influence & negotiations skills with ability to drive decision making across multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Business fluent in English along with intercultural experience
