About this role
MuleSoft Platform AdminResponsibilities:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of administration or operations experience in the Mule area.
- Responsible for planning, design, installation, development, and ongoing maintenance of MuleSoft software.
- Including patching and/or application of hotfixes required to maintain stability of the platform
- system restarts and re-boots
- security certificate management
- support upgrades across environments.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance tasks such as: Performance monitoring and tuning
- environment monitoring
- Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components
- Check server health
- check automated log rotations and archiving status;
- Track and prepare the report of Platform Usage.
- Coordinate with business user, functional team, developers and other stake holders during E2E, System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Creates and maintains system and procedural documentation.
- Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- strong experience with Jenkins scripts for deployment automation
- Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g., SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, oAuth)
