As an Engineer, you will be responsible for building capability in the Engineering area, contribute to developing squad members, improving the way we work at ANZ and, as a Squad member, contributing to the accomplishment of the Squad?s mission in designing, building, testing and supporting tool/applications to provide best Customer Experience.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
- Essential skills
- 5 ? 7-year Experience typically focused on Control-M Tool.
- Very good Control-M Administrator skills and knowledge of Control-M Architecture
- Good programming / scripting skills, Unix shell scripting and windows scripting
- Good communication skills and ability to engage and work with other ANZ teams
- Good knowledge in integrations, APIs
- Knowledge and use of ANZ internal processes, e.g. incident, change. ADF
- Good knowledge in three of the following platforms, Unix, Windows, Mainframe, Cloud or SME in at least two
- Very good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and vendors
- Very good problem solving ability
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Relevant Experiences
- Minimum 4 years as a Control-M administrator in global environments
- Track record of CI/CD pipeline ? Github, codefresh, etc
- Desired Skills
- Understanding of Control-M System Administrator tasks, upgrade process and end user?s relevant tasks
- Good skills at programming/scripting in Python, PowerShell
- Ability to self-manage and work independently to meet team objectives
- Ability to share knowledge and help train others
