About this role

 Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support UNICEF by donating on a long-term monthly basis.                                                                                    

· Raise awareness of UNICEF’s work with children around the world and our advocacy and programme work around India.                                                                         

· Identify and recruit quality donors using methods outlined in New Starter training and through on-going training and support.

·  Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data in a safe and secure manner.

· To participate in training and coaching sessions as required by UNICEF.

·  Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

· In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with UNICEF’s values.

· This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.
