About this role
A Project Saksham agent is responsible for all Hardware issue of employees PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES>>Troubleshooting Hardware issues virtually for all locations>>
Informing IMG team if hardware fix or device replacement is required>>
Follow up with vendor/IMG on the status>>
Collecting Chromebooks from CMF and accounting the inventory received >>
Collecting and sharing the assets details (Serial number, Manufacturing product number, MAC address, WLAN address) with Inventory Administrator who would update it on Suda App>>
Updating the users and asset IDs details for the assigned Chromebooks >> Communication Skill required :- Excellent spoken & written communication skills>>
Distribution of CBs to resources at Wipro location or shipment to their addresses in-case resources are outside the city >>
Troubleshooting hardware issues in CBs and replacement>>
Collecting Chromebooks from attrited resources and reporting the details to IMG, HR, and relevant teams for NDC
