About this role
- Manage and maintain email Security solutions, including advanced threat protection.
- Experience in supporting & troubleshooting Proofpoint incidents.
- Proficiency in administering Proofpoint products and understanding of email security concepts such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC and Encryption.
- Configure and Optimize email securities policies, rules and filters to ensure protection against threats.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to cyber defence team.
- Investigate and respond to Security threats including content search.
- Certificate renewal and on Prem Proofpoint server upgrade is required.
- Stay up to date with latest security patches, vulnerability patches and version updates.
- Available to work from Chennai CDC5 in Night shift during EST & PST hours and in weekend tasks/on call as assigned.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Being able to effectively communicate to other infrastructure operation teams and end users is critical for this position.
- Knowledge on office365 environment will be an added advantage
