About this role

• Define high level Architecture/Topology Diagram for a Kong implementation
• Strong knowledge on API Management and Integration Architecture
• Provide Architecture consulting and support on
• Work with Security team to establish/align the API Security standards
• Kong Platform operations and maintenance
• API COE and API Governance implementation
• API Foundational components definition and design
• Proficient in developing and designing APIs in Kong
• Strong hands on experience in Kong.
• Publishing and documenting APIs on Kong Developer Portal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

• Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud technologies
• XML, JSON, Web Service technologies (SOAP, REST).
• 1way and 2way SSL implementation in Kong.
• Good understanding of Kong plugins (mediation, security and traffic management policies).
• Oauth 2.0/OIDC, Basic Auth, JWT, SSO implementation, XML/JSON transformations, logging policies, Caching.
• REST Tools: Postman, Fiddler, Jmeter etc.
