About this role

• Lead the design and development of complex technical solutions using PL/SQL Core Java and REST Web Services
• Oversee the implementation of Spring Core Spring MVC and Microservices to ensure scalable and efficient applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure the integration of Spring Boot and React in the development process to enhance user experience and performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development process
• Monitor application performance and optimize it using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality

• Possess strong experience in PL/SQL Core Java REST Web Services Spring Core Spring MVC Microservices Spring Boot and React
