Responsibilities

Write product or system development code to build Android TV operating system core services like Android TV remote service (e.g., Voice), Virtual Remote (VR), HDMI Consumer Electronics Control Speech (e.g., Katniss, Libassistant, Project Athena) Hardware Requirements (e.g., Bluetooth).
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, maintainability and efficiency).
Work with Product Managers, team leads, and other internal/external stakeholders to refine features requirements and deliver engineering solutions.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Triage and resolve product or system issues.
