Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. You will work with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the software configuration management process, ensuring that all changes are tracked, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software configuration management processes are integrated with other development processes, such as requirements management, testing, and release management. - Develop and maintain software configuration management plans, policies, and procedures. - Ensure that software configuration management tools and processes are in compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to development teams on software configuration management issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - Must to have FSCM (Credit collection, dispute and cash application) with integration experience with High Radius Cloud - Must to have Collection management and in house cash with High radius cloud experience - Strong understanding of software configuration management processes and best practices. - Experience in managing software configuration management tools and processes in a large-scale enterprise environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software configuration management solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
