About this role

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of projects involving Nuance technologies, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and voice biometrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product owners, development teams, and vendors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare project status reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues as appropriate to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives and client needs.
• Oversee the integration and testing of Nuance technologies with existing systems, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and performance requirements are met.
• Ensure proper documentation of project processes, deliverables, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Nuance technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide recommendations for enhancing project delivery and client satisfaction.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  
  

• Having managed implementation projects based on
• Nuance Digital Engagement Platform components such as Two way SMS, Digital IVR (Voice), Nuance Contact Center AI
• Nuance integration with Nice and Nice CXOne based development.
• Strong understanding of Nuance technologies, such as Nuance Dragon, Nuance Vocalizer, Nuance Mix, or related products, and their integration into diverse environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated resources.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions and driving project success.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, identify issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service industries, where Nuance technologies are commonly used, is a plus.
