• End-to-End Contract Management: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution from initiation through closure.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with contract management software, such as Ironclad, or other SAAS-based tools, is highly desirable.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and understand the current contract management process. Educate and guide operating companies (opcos) on adopting new technology solutions to streamline contract management.
• User Training & Support: Provide hands-on support, including testing and user training, to ensure smooth adoption of new technology by end-users.
• Project Management & ERP Implementation: Demonstrate an understanding of project phases and ERP implementation, ensuring integration with contract management processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with opcos stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on contract management practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of the user community, ensuring that their needs are met while promoting the adoption of new technologies.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree/Masters
• Proven experience in contract management.
• Familiarity with contract management tools, especially Ironclad or similar SAAS-based platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and support users through change management processes.
