We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our MuleSoft integration projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex integration solutions that meet client requirements and align with business objectives. Your expertise in project management and MuleSoft technologies will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that integration solutions adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to review solution designs, perform code reviews, and ensure technical excellence in project deliverables.
- Drive change management processes by effectively handling scope changes, assessing their impact, and making informed decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, designs, implementation details, and testing procedures.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the project team.
- Stay up to date with MuleSoft integration technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide thought leadership in integration strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, leading MuleSoft integration projects from inception to successful delivery.
- MuleSoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft's Any point Platform, including API management, connectors, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing distributed teams and offshore resources is a plus.
- Prior experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
