Alignment of requirements and customer needs
Manage, Develop & support C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Java and SQL based applications
Coordination, alignment & implementation of changes, incidents and service requests
Running IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards.
Executing and organizing relevant testing procedures
Implementing programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
Design and document existing and changed IT operational processes.
Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
Performing 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.

This role is based at Hyderabad.
Masters Degree in related field, advanced degree preferred
At least 8 years of professional experience in Financial Services
Proficient in .NET, Java, C#, C++, SQL Server
At least 15 years experience in developing and managing Web Applications
Analytical Mindset
Good interpersonal skillset
Attention to detail

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
First experience with Mendix
Experience with Liferay
