Job Purpose

Support in Implementation of Check-in Systems and Related Network Infrastructure as per the Design and Schedule

To provide the executive support to IT Users and ensure smooth IT delivery at NUB & DIAL.

Facilitate & Support IT for DIAL Airport Operations & End User Support - Timely IT Support

ATRs tracking proactively
Drive critical / urgent / P1 / P2 issues till closure
Timely update to IT Head

Plan and facilitate reviews as per requirement to provide critical inputs on \

Timely and quality reviews with Vendors
IT inventory / assets management, capacity planning
End User CSAT
SLA management & resolve / review the tickets (Incident & Service request)
Timely update to all concerned stakeholders of any SLA/Support related issues

IT Calls support for IT Users - Timely and proactive support for all calls for IT across departments

Support in IT Procurement - NFAs for IT requirements

SAP PR / PO Process
Billing & vendor payments
Capex / Opex Budget management

Preparing reports & PPT’s - Weekly basis for present Head – IT Delivery /CIO on IT Performance

Update on issues and taking management direction

Progress review on IT Support and new initiatives

Special Projects And Other Business/Functions Support

Timely and proactive update to IT Head on projects given

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors, Airlines, Customs, Immigration and Other NON IT system vendors, BCAS, CISF etc.

Education Qualifications

B.Tech Graduate with IT/CSE/ECE/EEE, MCA
Preferably Certified MCITP /CCNA
