Key / Primary Responsibilities -
- Coordinate with the finance team on finalization of the monthly P&L.
- Analyse the Budget Vs Actual on revenue, operational cost and other P&L line items.
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan. Present periodic updates to the senior Mgmt. on P&L review.
- Track KPIs, progress on various business metrics. Identify revenue leakages, attribution logics across assets and liability products.
- Prepare business Decks, performance dashboard for Mgmt. reviews.
- To handle a team of MIS Executives managing the Product MIS’s. Coordinate with operations, product to make the MIS’s more insightful.
