Module – SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) & FICA
Location – Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon/Mumbai
Job Description:
In your role as a Business Process Consultant - SAP S/4HANA BRIM CI and FICA consultant, you will be
responsible to provide advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end to
end business processes as per the industry standard processes of CI and FICA engagements for cross
industries. You will collaborate closely work with your team members to ensure success of the
customer.
Following would be the roles and responsibilities:
 Engage with C-level stake holders in understanding business requirements, current solution
landscape and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from
customer perspective.
 Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on SAP BRIM.
 Design and configure the system for convergent invoicing such as,
o Consumption Item Classes,
o Billable Item Classes,
o Grouping Variants,
o Rating,
o Billing,
o Invoicing,
o partner settlement,
o Preliminary Invoice,
o Master Agreement,
o Enhancement approach for CITs and BITs,
o Integration with other BRIM modules like SOM, FICA, CC
 Design and configure the system for FICA such as
o Contract Account,
o Main /Sub transactions,
o Clearing rules,
o Dunning,
o Tax,
o Refund Process,
o Write offs,
o Installment Plans,
o Promise to Pay,
o Interest Calculation,
o Automatic Clearing,
o Account Maintenance,
o Processing outgoing and incoming payments,
o Email correspondence
o Clarification of Invoices
 Transfer of account assignment data from Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable to Finance and
Controlling (FICO)
 Parallel processing and Enhancement of standard business processes of Contract Accounts
Receivable and Payable using predefined program events.
 End-to-End integration with SAP and Non-SAP components.
 Prepare business process design document, Functional specification configuration documents and
test scripts as per the project requirement.
 Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
 Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

 Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, JIRA or SAP Solution Manager is preferred.
Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in technology/Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree would be good to
have.
 At least 4 years of implementation experience in SAP BRIM with at-least 2 full lifecycle
implementations.
 Having SAP BRIM certification is a plus.
 Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skillset-Consulting experience

Qualification-BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA/CA/ICWA
