Prepare contract brief decks present to the Delivery teams within the Organization. Review SOW’s for appropriate language and redline language identifying gaps Work with the business team to ensure contractual compliance. Work on special projects identify potential risk while reviewing contracts. Perform gap analysis with client obligations. Have capabilities on training and coaching junior resources.Good communication interpretation skills
