What You’ll Achieve
As a Business Operations Senior Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:
- Use knowledge of existing and emerging data science engineering principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions; and produce accurate business insights.
- Complete projects and assignments of moderate scope and complexity under normal supervision to ensure customer and business needs are met.
- Apply discretion and independent judgement to interpret data trends and summarize data insights.
- Establish working relationships with others outside area of the Services expertise.
- Be responsible for Project and Program Management within Business Support to ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish while ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.

Essential Requirements
- Flexibility to work AMER region hrs.
- Ability to identify improvements to existing workflows and results
- Continue to streamline and automate via SQL Procedures, Power Query, Power Automate, and other data analytical software
- SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019 Developer skills (designer / workflow)
- Advanced developer skills around Power BI and other applications (Java Script, Photoshop, Python, etc) including developing mobility apps
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience facilitating large groups
