Key Responsibilities : 1Management of existing SOAR solution component upkeep. 2Integration of third-party with SOAR solution which will also feed incidents in SOAR like SIEM, email and use in response plan – like firewall, antivirus. 3Integration of threat intelligence solutions with SOAR. 4Involve in mapping SIEM incident fields to SOAR fields to do incident classification. 5Troubleshooting errors related to playbook execution and third-party integration. 6Any architecture changes on solution like enabling DR architecture\ threat feeds etc. 7Align with SOC team and develop customized dashboard. 8Automation development as requested equired by project 9Managing Apps and integrations on the platform. 10SOAR platform upgrade. 11Understand playbook development requirement from customer or suggest new playbook development requirement to customer
Technical Experience :
1Minimum 3 years of experience in SIEM/SOAR 2Knowledge on SOAR tools (XSOAR\Splunk Phantom\ IBM Resilient\Simplify 3Experience installing and administrating leading SOAR solutions 4Experience in Playbook development\Integration of Third-Party solutions with SOAR 5Expertise in well-known playbook development (like Phishing\Malware\Data enrichment etc.) and log source integrations like Virustotal 6Building custom apps/integrations in SOAR will be an added advantage 7Experience in Security Automation using scripting language like Python\Shell 8Experience of Security Operation Center environment 9Experience in incident management lifecycle mainly in incident response 10Experience in SOAR solution health upkeep 11knowledge of application and network level attacks – brute force, phishing, DOS, data exfiltration etc.12Well-versed with leading security tools – virus total, MITRE attack framework, WHOIS database etc. 13Good knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
