Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: -
Collaborating with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to align the team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
Create project roadmap, release plan & milestones and monitor the same
Hands on experience in JIRA, confluence & SharePoint
Helping the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Overseeing and tracking project progress and performance against project plans, reporting status to project stakeholders through structured communication
Identifying/Anticipating Riske and Issues that might impact the project delivery timelines and highlight the same to all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with the team and come up with Risk mitigation plan to bring the project back on track
Optimizing team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance Professional & Technical Skills:
