Key Responsibilities : Responsible for defining, designing, implementing, and improving business solutions to meet the ongoing business demands Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of SF standard methodologies Ability to create development plans and project schedules Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment Demonstrate excellent problem solving, critical thinking skills and leadership skills

Technical Experience : 1 SF Cert in RCM with expertise in Recruiter Exp and Candidate Exp Modules2 Exp in developing interactive CSB Site with multiple Brands, Lang and Custom Plugins3 Hands-on exp in Position Integration, Job Profile Builder Integration, Recruiting Postings, XML Feed Generation, RCM to CSB and RCM to ONB Integrations, etc4 Knowledge on Integration with external III party vendors like Background Verification Agency, Assessment Agency, etc

Professional Attributes : Should have good communcation skill and should be able to interact with client

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education BE/BTech, MCA, MBA HR, BBA HR etc preferred

Additional Information : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
