Job Summary:
A career in our SAP Finance practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the
opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address
sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting,
system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and
technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients
including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud
solutions. In joining our finance team, you’ll work with our clients to transform their finance function
and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and
reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making
and corporate strategy.

Job Content:

Strategic & Technical Orientation

• Experience in ECC to S4HANA Technical upgrade from overall end to end execution.
• Provide strategic leadership to the SAP practice with a responsibility to enhance the customer experience through outcome led engagements and high-quality deliverables. 
• Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice operations. 
• Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the SAP Practice – vision and execute vertical and account growth strategies, capability and people development. 
• Align vision to flow through to delivery excellence, end to end quality, automation, quality, etc. 
• Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the Data solutions for SAP.
• Understand and spread the knowledge and awareness across the latest offerings from SAP in the Data space.
• Well versed in handling complex data scenarios in the areas of Cleansing, Profiling, Validation and Harmonization.
• Support development of and enable overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and Go to Market (GTM) Offerings 
• Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals, and drive end to end proposal response delivery. 
• Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve business objectives.
• Manage Partnerships and Alliances within SAP and their partner applications landscape.
• Grow the practice with on-going whitespace identification, capability development and focus to evolve ways of working with differentiated and accelerated delivery. 
  
  

• Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Lead teams to create a vision, coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation. Additionally, shape broader decisions on talent strategy and talent development
• Build a culture in alignment with our values
• Collaborate and partner across practices to collectively win and deliver complex engagements
  
  

• Experience Level - More than 17 years; Exposure and deep knowledge on executing S4 Implementations in data space for all kinds of migrations including Greenfield, Brownfield, sand Bluefield. Consulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical; Client engagement and business development experience; practice development experience.
  

• Proven experience in leading and executing large scale SAP Implementation including brownfield implementations for SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA landscape transformation.
• Exposure in building strategies for complex data issues for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations. 
• Strong motivation to build a practice from the ground up
• Proven industry and technology consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results across Data and Analytics capability.
• Thought leader level abilities in delivering complex engagements that are digital-led process, functional and/ or enterprise-level transformation.
• Appreciation and passion for design-thinking, critical problem solving and a curiosity for understanding the latest in business + technology.
• Strong stakeholder management and story-telling skills to communicate, facilitate and present cogently to, and across all levels of audiences within client organization, engagement teams, internal staff and management
