Key Responsibilities : Candidate should have good 15 Yrs functional knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing business industry ;The candidate should have 12 Yrs Of IT Application user end-user and a good understanding of IT services and implementation methodology ; Sales, Service, and Marketing Industry specific certification is the added advantages Strong domain knowledge or specialization in Sales ,Service or Marketing

Technical Experience : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications esp, MS Excel / PPT / Visio ; Structured problem solving and strong analytical skills

Professional Attributes : Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; Ability to multi task by managing multiple projects and competing priorities; Ability to work and lead cross functional teams spread across multiple geographies and diverse cultures; Excellent client focus interpersonal skills
