Key Responsibilities : 1: Lead a team of 8-10 developers 2: Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements3: Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality4: Conduct peer review, guide team members5: Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget

Technical Experience : 1: Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration, Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud2: Custom development using ForceCom 3: Min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology4: Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation5: Troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools
