About this role
i. Manage and provide support for the Monitoring Tools area focused on the Tools used for Monitoring, which are tightly connected to the Datacenter, Network, and Security.ii. Involvement in process automation, Tools integration, Gap analysis. Involvement in the Tools vendors and together work with architecture, design and implementation of solutions, and keeping the environment well-documented.
iii. Experience with Network monitoring Tools e.g. LogicMonitor, SolarWinds.
iv. Experience in integration of source monitoring tools with ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow.
v. Experienced in implementing OEM best practices for the monitoring tools.
vi. Must have experience in administering Monitoring Applications (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Icinga)
vii. Experience with Manager of Managers, event Co-relations, and Operations Bridge and ITSM ? ServiceNow.
viii. Strong knowledge of SQL query language
ix. Implement Monitoring solutions: create overview dashboards, show events, alerts, action, and trend analysis graphs that fit the purpose.
x. Willing to support US evening hours.
xi. Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
xii. Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
xiii. Self-motivated and dedicated, with attention to detail.
