Production Specialist

About this role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
• 2-4 years of relevant experiences in business data analysis/process improvement projects implementation
• Candidates with experience in private equity fund are preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines; the candidate should be a self-starter that thrives on complexity and solution finding
• The ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
• Experience in SQL for data analysis.
  
  

• Experience working with portfolio reporting systems (e.g. iLevel), property management systems (e.g. Argus Enterprise, Yardi), debt management systems (e.g. Chatham Financial), financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g. Anaplan, Workiva), workflow automation solutions (e.g Appian) and data visualization and BI tools (e.g Tableau) preferred
• Intermediate programming skills and experience preferred (i.e. Python, VBA) and willingness to learn is expected.
