Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- IT Support Engineer

We are looking for the role of IT Support Engineer (L2/L3 level), to assist clients(internal) with all IT related technical/Functional support and config related issues.

Responsibilities

As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
To ensure success as an IT support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Finance will be preferred.
Ultimately, a top-class IT support engineer should resolve all IT issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a good relationship with the client.
Should be able to coordinate activities related to IT project/tasks deliveries across assigned projects and tasks with internal to the organization and with vendor as well.
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business requirements and processes into software specifications.

Experience of corporate processes and understanding of various automation tools/products in the industry.
Ability of articulate and research independently.
Ability to understand applications and projects with a self - driven approach.
Ability to think critically.

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
