Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Claims Support!

In this role, you would be responsible for setting up Claims of All line of Businesses for Claims Adjuster to review and settle.

Responsibilities

Responsible to understand and take action as per the Claim details
Able to understand Insurance Terminologies
Responsible to handle time bound cases
Responsible to manage productivity and accuracy
Sharing final policy document with Brokers
Responsible for handling varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Any Graduate (Except Commerce & Tech Background).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Basic Insurance understanding
Good communication skills both verbal and written for English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook E-mail, Excel
Good typing skills and basic PC operating skills
Ability to multi-task
Detail-oriented
Open for night shift
Team-oriented
Preferably experienced in Insurance Claims.
