Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Windows System Engineer & Project Manager
In this role
- Work with client and internal teams to support the overall Windows server environment.
- Provide Business as Usual (BAU) and Project oriented efforts.
- Be and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the client.
- Core server builds configuration and server hardening.
- Automated deployment and operating system hardening.
- ILO/remote management and administration.
- Blade, rick and tower server management.
- Define and manage resources and domains.
- Advanced Active Directory skills
- Advanced Scripting skills
- Support standard security mechanisms.
- Establish and manage directory services.
- Service pack recommendations and testing.
- Provide SPOC for remote server backup and restore service requests.
- Establish and manage directory services.
- Client administration.
- GPO creation.
- Software packaging and distribution.
- Administer directory distribution and replication.
- Configuring and administering Active Directory.
- Configuring Security policies and Group policies.
- Configuring Trusts and sites.
- Disaster Recovery Deployment.
- Active tracking and reporting on problems through resolution.
- Daily review of problem / service queues and priority tickets.
- Performance analysis and tuning
Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of Infrastructure concepts.
- Knowledge of productivity tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.
- Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
