PeopleSoft Techno-functional Role ? BA resource, 8-10 years of experience as Techno functional consultantLocation: Pune, India
Key responsibilities include:
Understanding requirements, analyzing impact and translating it to technical design
Collaborating with business stakeholder, architects and business analyst to define best solution that aligns with the project requirements.
Providing assessment on technical feasibility of proposed solution.
Providing effort estimation for the tech design, build and test
Creating Functional and Technical design and test case documentations
Able to lead a development team and be responsible for completion of development and testing of the deliverables.
Able to do performance tuning of extracts.
Supporting testing at various stages with different teams (i.e. SIT, UAT , performance testing)
Supporting release of deliverables to production.
You Offer
You have functional knowledge on HCM modules like Core HR, Time and Absence or Payroll integration, etc.
You have expertise in relevant PeopleSoft technical tools, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Application Packages, Query Manager, etc.
You have strong understanding of software development practices and concepts
You have lead implementation or enhancement project in Peoplesoft HR space with a team of developers???
You have excellent Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving and Oral & Written Communication skills
You have strong SQL developing skills
Experience in working in Agile methodology
